As a Regional Healthcare Co-ordinator you will:

  • Engage the NHS on subjects that really matter to them across the entire spectrum of the regional healthcare economy. From primary care organisations and GP practices to acute hospitals and private providers of healthcare, you will work with them all on business opportunities.
  • Identify, negotiate and implement solutions to better treat patients and improve their quality of life across a variety of therapies while delivering for both our NHS and pharmaceutical customers.
  • Be measured on outputs across a tripartite business model:
    1. NHS metrics
    2. Product sales
    3. Business opportunities implemented
  • Be supported by an IT arbitrage platform that will enable you to add instant value to both your local NHS and pharmaceutical company customers.

At 15 Healthcare your mission will be to ensure that patients are at the centre of everything you do. This can only be achieved through our unique “healthcare broker” model, whereby our Regional Healthcare Coordinators start first at the NHS and work back towards the Pharmaceutical industry to build what we call “arbitrage” opportunities. This involves products and services that deliver optimal patient care.

The Individual

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in sales and be accustomed to questioning and challenging current thinking on Key Account Management (KAM) in the pharmaceutical industry. You will think smart and strategically and know that existing pharmaceutical sales and marketing models are foundering. Highly motivated, you will have unlimited inner strength and be able to find business opportunities on a daily basis. A willingness to learn will be essential along with:

  • An understanding of impactful KAM stratagems
  • The ability to develop KOLs and Advocates
  • Commercial acumen in a competitive environment
  • A depth and breadth of NHS knowledge
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • An ABPI qualification
